Doctor is good but staffs are not Staff always try to make additional money by try to offering quick service to patients party. His written Medicine is only available in his medical counters or online Good for infants and below 14 years child but there are a lot of areas where improvement is must. Thanks

The doctor was good earlier. Now he started business. His staff's behaviour also is very bad. I have very bad experience with this doctor. As I was out of town my wife used to visit to doctor for my daughter's vaccination.but he only took money for vaccination but never given the bill for vaccine. Only he used to give receipt on his pad by mentioning amount.even we asked for the cover of vaccine so that we can know the cost but he used to argue by saying we can't give the cover.

Without doubt Doctor is very good,but the staffs worked their are very much unprofessional .Their behaviour towrds patient and their family is very much rude. Staffs never gives you right information.They act like theives .And also the token system for patients is only a joke , anyone who are relatives or known person of staffs they don't follow token rule.

Dr. Dibendu is totally a professional doctor, I had taken my son there, reffered him 4 times, usually he don't give much more time to check baby, on his chamber medical shop is there, he used to write those mesicines that are only available there. diagnosis is also not good, after feaver rashes comes out on body skin, but as per doctor he called it as measles, I am outside my wife get totally panicked, he dont hear to parents more, and just write a medicines. So I request not to refer that Doctor, whose money building is more important than babies health, I request all parents to select the correct friendly doctor who understands and then treat, not who is totally professional, rest is up to you all, this is only my opinion, as per me Doctor is not suitable for my baby, and i will never visit again.
