Title: Extremely Disappointing Dental Experience: A Warning to Others Rating: (1 out of 5 stars) no option for giving negative stars. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a dental office that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My encounter with this dentist was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with an unwelcoming and unprofessional atmosphere. The receptionist seemed disinterested and dismissive, which immediately set a negative tone for the entire visit. The lack of warmth and genuine care was disheartening. The dental procedure itself was nothing short of a horror show. Not only was the dentist abrupt and insensitive, but their lack of communication was astounding. I was never adequately informed about the steps involved in the procedure, which left me feeling anxious and confused throughout. It was as if my comfort and understanding were of no concern to them. To make matters worse, the dentist displayed a shocking level of incompetence. The procedure was performed haphazardly and with little regard for precision or patient well-being. I experienced unnecessary pain and discomfort throughout, and it was clear that the dentist lacked the necessary skills to handle the task at hand. Moreover, the hygiene standards in the office were appalling. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained. I couldn't shake off the feeling that proper sterilization and infection control protocols were not followed, which is simply unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of this whole experience was the complete disregard for my concerns and questions. Whenever I attempted to voice my discomfort or seek clarification, I was met with dismissive responses and condescending remarks. It felt as though my valid concerns were being brushed aside, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected. In light of my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dental office to anyone seeking quality care and professional treatment. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, incompetence, and overall disrespect for patients' well-being were simply unacceptable. I implore others to proceed with caution and look elsewhere for dental care. There are undoubtedly better dental practitioners out there who prioritize patient comfort, effective communication, and maintain high standards of professionalism.

If negative marking can be possible I will give negative markings. If you love your tooth dont go to this place. No proper patients service..not upto the mark surgical skill and staff is also rude. Edited: you can do whatever you want.I know how to deal with this. Are you seriously taking about fake review..your all ratings are fake by forcing patients after consultation.

Dr. Dhruva's dental clinic is one of the most professional I have experienced so far and I'd say the most modern clinic in Bhavnagar. Dr. Ishan Dhruve conducted my dental treatment with utmost care and empathy. The sessions were so smooth, always on time and his entire team made me feel very comfortable throughout. P.S they have injections with music!!

I took dental treatment from Dr.Dbruva's Dental House and it was one of the best dental experience I ever had.. treatment is explained in detail with intra oral camera and discussed with dental education videos..Their system is very transparent and they are very hi tech in latest technology..Doctors and staff are highly qualified..I have never seen any hospital like this .. recommended everyone to visit Dr.Dhruva's for their dental concerns.

Vey bad behavior and Very bad services by endodonstist.. I had very small cavity within enemal in my molar tooth.. I did restoration in dhruvas clinic and they fractured my tooth. Now they are not even accepting call from me. Behavior of receptionist is very pathetic. I am sharing CT report that you can see how small my filling is and they just fractured my tooth.. Edited ( reply ) : As you mentioned in my comment reply that I got hairline fracture due to grinding habit. But I want to make sure that I am a mbbs doctor and very health concious person about my tooth so I followed all the advice given by you to wear a nightguard so there is no chances of getting fracture due to grinding. I also did not eat any hard food after reatoration that may cause fracture of my tooth. Secondly, I am a 25 years old and I never got a fracture of my teeth. But I got it just after the restoration, so anyone can easily guess the cause. Additionally , I took advice from 4 MDS doctor ( 1 endodontist from bhavnagar , 1 endodontist from ahmedabad and 1 orthodontist and 1 radiologist ). All experts opinion is that the fracture is due to iatrogenic cause ( a problem caused due to medical procedure ). As a doctor I can understand that sometime complication may occur due to procedure but If its due to your clinic, then its your responsiblity to give appropriate attention and to behave properly. I called your receptionist many time so that your radiologist and endodontist can check my reports. But I never got positive reply from your receptionist. I also visited your clinic 2-3 times but did not get resolution. Do not threaten me by telling me that you will take legal action. Do whatever you want including legally and personally, I am not afraid of that. But before this look into 'article 19' and 'Indian evidence act 65B'. Edited 2.0 : you are a fool doctor who asking for this type of written notes from other doctor. This clearly indicates that you are doing non-sense arguements here , which any peson can see easily on internet. Hence its proved that how unethical doctor you are. You don't see in your record that you provided me a nightguard and told me to use it as much as possible. So I was doning same. Even after this , you are telling me that its due to my grinding habit !! So that means your nightguard is ineffective. Otherwise your procedure made a crack .... Even if for a moment if we believe that its due to my grinding habit , But why I got the fracture just a same day of procedure. JUST TO SATISFY YOUR EGO !! Don't try to treaten me by telling me that you will do this and that legally. WHY ARE YOU NOT DOING THAT ?
