The worst experience I've ever had while visiting a dermatologist. They've written over their prescription chart thay we can book our appointments through call but nothing like that happens. It takes a hell lot of time just to reach the doctor after a long wait of 4-5 hours. Instead, it'll be better if a patient is given a specific time to see the doctor. The prescribed medicines did a reaction over my face and the staff was rude enough to say that they can't make me talk to the doctor on call regarding this issue, knowing that I'm not in the town that day. I had to drive for many hours just to hear from the doctor that "I've never seen this kind of an issue with someone, you're taking the medicines wrong probably". Coming to the pharmacy, they don't care if the patient is seeing results with the medicines or not. I wanted to return my medicines because they were just not suiting my skin and rather causing more damage. All of them were completely unused and sealed. They denied to take them back and rather forced me to see the doctor again, paying again for the prescription fee nd all. After a lot of chaos, they still managed to deny me returning some certain medicines saying that "they've been opened". People visit this clinic just because there's no other option available to them in that area. And since people have no other choice, they end up coming here rather than investing a bit more money and seeing someone with a much more professional environment. IT'S BETTER TO LET YOUR SKIN BE THE WAY IT IS RATHER THAN GOING TO THIS CLINIC COZ YOU'LL END UP DAMAGING YOUR SKIN MORE
Docter paliwal is best docter in skin treatment for sure if you get treatment from him you will be not disappointed
One of the worst doctor in city. Doesn't has sense as how to speak with patients. A very rude doctor, doesn't listen to patient. My expierence is worst.
He is very calm in nature and listens patient's problem patiently . You can easily say anything or can express your pain freely without getting interrupted by him. Diagnosis is superb ,He is very experienced Doctor.

I have 2-3 pimples but lot of old scars. I went there for pimples scar, but they forecfully given me acne medicine and said they will give scar medicine next month. They have done same thing till 3 month. Nd there is zero difference in my scar . Nd they are forcing me to eat acne medicine while I don't have acne problem. I should have went to another doctor , atleast in 3 month they have done something to my scar. completly Waste of money....don't go there...don't go ...don't go. ... Arrogant doctor arrogant staff
