It was a worst experience. I asked the charges at reception and receptionist told that doctor will tell the charges. We went inside the room and asked charges. Doctor Mr Pratik Shah, Orthopedic told the high charges for treatment. We denied for treatment but he started misbehave and told us that I just charge 700/- only if you are entering in my room. Means if you are going inside the room for asking the charges they charge 700/- for asking charges only. Big big cheating with patients. I dont how they are cheating to public. Forcefully they charged 500/-. This is not matter of 500/- its a matter of ethics, service and cheating to public. So poor professionalism. Lucky my phone was in call recording mode, when I was asking charges from receptionist. Dr Pratik Shah, threatens to patients if they decline for treatment. Strongly not recommended. A poor and cheater management. Chairman need to take action accordingly otherwise it will assume that all are corrupter and public health in danger in this hospital..

I am long time repeating patient of Dr. devang shah. I have experienced that he doesn't make you buy expensive medicine and do costly tests, for a doctor with his level of experience fees are very reasonable, and gives personal attention. Recommning with 5 star.

Worst Worst..........experience, Highly not recommended for any one. Staff members are too rude and not punctual of time. As well as staff is not treating patients in the way they need to treat or not checking patients on time that is he/she alive or not Doctor doesn't how to talk with patients and explain the scenarios, Doctor and medical person's both are rude behaviour. It's not possible to give 0 rate for submitting the feedback otherwise I'll definitely give 0

Dr. Devang has a very accurate diagnosis. Also is very polite person

I have experienced of the hospital .Best care as compared to other hospitals like civil and other . The nature of doctor and medical officer has good nature and free minded The staff was also good and kind with patients and family during any emergency conditions

Really good doctor , as I said he is aggressively work on diagnosed the disease . And also all staff (brother ,sister, swiper staff) are to polite to all the patient. And Sanjeevani emergency facility is good Thank you
