Patient waited 2 hrs and no sign of doctor, kept saying will come in 5 min everytime. Patient condition worsened but no help at clinic. To atop all that happened they are now refusing to take responsibility for anything happening. Also, the doctor was in surgery when we arrived but after 30 mins or so the clinic staff kept telling people that the surgery is over and the doctor will be here anytime. Their attitude towards patient was the worst not saying so because they were people associated with the medical profession but as basic human beings too.
