My aunt is having redness in her eyes and visited this clinic for treatment and medical certificate. It's unfortunate that the doctor refused to provide a medical certificate, especially when she's experiencing redness in her eye and has a flight to catch. This lack of empathy and flexibility in such circumstances is truly disappointing. The doctor's refusal to help and accommodate her needs reflects a lack of patient-centered care and understanding. This experience has left a negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone seeking timely and considerate medical assistance. @IMA please note these unethical behavior of these clinic.

I visited this hospital for my eye vision test . Though it was well managed OPD & low cost, But I observed slight casual approach at OPD eye testing & check up. After waiting for about an hour the eye testing by staff & also by Doctor Arsha hardly took 4-5 minutes. They were just hurrying up. Subsequently I changed my near vision glasses based on their prescription & I was surprised that it was not suiting me (my earlier near vision prescription was with Cylindrical whereas now this hospital prescribed plain +2.50 number both eyes). When I took one more test at some other clinic they advised me Cylindrical addition. It created confusion & unnecessary expenses in changing glasses again & again. I think a deeper & detailed check up without hurring up is a must for proper prescription. Jai Hind

Pathetic experience. Looks like proper hygiene is not maintained by the staff. One of my parents visited here for eye checkup for spectacles. Staff had checked the eyes by touching them and after few days my parent got conjunctivitis which spread to even toddlers at my home. Very very bad experience. Seems the staff did not sanitize their hands before touching the eyes of my parent. Such a disaster was not expected from an eye care provider. Nobody should visit this place. If possible, this establishment should be shut down as it is playing with the patients health by touching their eyes with dirty hands without sanitizing after checking the previous person infected with conjunctivitis.

My experience was good...it is the best hospital available in kuthuparamba. The difference can be seen just because they are a team of doctor with good experience. There are good caring doctors and there are doctors who are good at finding any kind of problem related to eye.

Oldest and well known eye hospital. Dedicated doctors and staff. Most modern eye care facilities are available here. Overall a pleasant experience

Insurance department person is not knowledgeable about claiming process

Took an appointment and waited for two hours for my turn to come. Then finally when I enter the doctor says she doesn't have any more time since she is closing and to come on one of the next two days. Extremely unprofessional. The last few patients seemed to have consulting time less than a few minutes. Why give more tokens than you can handle- ofcourse the answer to that will be money! Disappointing experience
