Dr Chhaya ENT Hospital - Hospital in Jamnagar - Jamnagar, India

visited this hospital for ear pain on 07.09.2023. I visited him for the first time as I had shifted to Jamnagar recently. My experience was horrible. * They don't have any facilities for online payment (neither via UPI nor via card). Its 2023, even costermonger ( tele-wala) has UPI payment facility. In today's world not having online payment facility questions about one's credibility for payment of tax to the government. * I feel he has given me way too many antibiotics and other medicines. I have discussed this with my friends in the medical field, and they also think the same. * He has advised me to have an X-ray for my ear, which cost me Rs 1300. I feel this was useless as all the medicines and treatment for my ear pain were given before the X-ray, and no feedback was given to me by the doctor about my ear pain after the X-ray

Dr's Behaviour is good. Cost is very high compared to other hospitals. Staff behaviour is not good, always making internet communication and making comment on eachother.

I think what the ranking has been given here from the people that are from their families or their relatives only about Dr. Chhaya, his hospital and his staff because from my side it's only 1* as recently I visited for my father's treatment and what I observed is the Dr. behaviour was rude with patient (My Father) and my family which is not acceptable because they have to give the all the answer of our questions in nicely manners as we are paying his very expensive and high charges what he asked for. So what's the problem with like this Dr. who have a big hospital and hold a degrees but not such a good manners that how to treat or how to speak. He is not giving us his time or services in free of cost and when we are paying his high charges then what's the problem?. If you are Dr. then do not think that you can treat the patient or his family in such a bad way whatever you like, no way because they are paying you for it. This Dr. is not passing information in such a way to better understand for patient and his family and when we are requesting to his staff to allowed us to meet dr. and to check for further more details or any questions they are just giving us answer by them self and not allowing u to meet the dr. So my question is to Dr. and their staff If his staff knows everything then why we have to pay dr. charges which is almost 1000 INR to get details from his nurse staffs or compound staff. Also, this hospital is very expensive for each and everything i.e. dr. appointment charge, xray, medicine etc but it's ok we can pay whatever their charges but same we can also expect the good services and dr. based on the what we are paying them. I hope this hospital staff and dr. will understood and will try to implement.

He is The Best Doctor, Amazing human being with empathy for his patients. I was down & Out, Had suffered for about 50 hours and he did magic treatment and i did get normal in a hour. He is undoubtedly ENT King of Jamnagar. Really appreciate his wisdom and have all my gratitude to him. Thank you and Wish him always the best. I did read few other review, folks saying negative about his fees, guys at first place we should be thankful to Dr Chhaya family serving Jamnagar from 1968 and from infrastructure / equipment to number of manpower (Staff) headcount per patient he might have maximum ration compare to any other ENT clinic in Jamnagar. FYI i have consulted other ENT's / GP in Jamnagar, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Perth (AU), Melbourne (AU) and Las Vegas (Nevada - US). I can see thru even from Jamnagar standards their fees, treatment plan, patient care and turn around is best in class. Thank you

Felt like home during the entire time. The staff is friendly and caring and Dr. Chhaya 's capable hands were magic on my Child's Adenoid removal surgery.

My mouth was very bad there are many ulcers are in my mouth but I have taken medicine of Dr chhaya shaeb for ENT doctor he has give me very good treatment and write now I have good response and Dr chhaya shaeb is also good and all staff are also good

Dr CHAYA sir is one of good ENT doctor in our jamnagar because he listen properly patient's problem deeply with peacefully So I will recommend to every one who suffered with any type of ENT problem
