A very kind, soft-spoken and professional doctor, who respects her patients' time by being punctual with her appointments. I was suffering from impacted wax accumulation over many years, and mostly ignored visiting an ENT thinking nothing of it. But of late the problem worsened, developing into a sharp pain. Drops prescribed by the local chemist weren't able to completely dissolve the big chunk of wax. Dr Chetana Naik irrigated my ear and skillfully extracted the hard lump of wax with minimal discomfort. It almost feels like I have now developed superhuman hearing; such is the difference from what it once was. Thank you doctor for healing my ailment.
