My experience at the center was amazing. Dr. Suvarna is outstanding, she did my anomaly scan and fetal 2D echo and despite the challenges due to me being overweight she managed to acquire excellent images of the baby and did the investigation brilliantly. It was an overwhelming experience. Both my husband and I are very happy with Dr Suvarna's dedication and excellence at the center. The center is also clean and very well managed. You would see women running the show brilliantly.

Wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very nice. The doctor & staffs both are very polite, smiling humble and caring. The Assistant doctors and Sister's namely Pooja mam , Nikita mam & Namita mam all of them are very polite, caring and most important respect the patients . Service very good. One of the finest Ultrasound centre in Thane. The proceedings start very much on time and it is quite spacious,very well maintained and very systematic. The staff is very courteous towards expecting mothers and other patients as well. The over all cleanliness is very high. I had a wonderful experience with all the Junior and Senior doctors as well. Dr. CHAUBAL Sir is a very experienced Doctor and has an amazing diagnosis. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Dr. Chubal's Thane Ultrasound Centre for an Aminocentesis test, and I had a good experience. The staff was friendly, and they made me feel comfortable. The procedure was explained to me in a clear and reassuring way. The doctor and technicians were professional and gentle, which made the process much less stressful. I appreciate their care and would recommend this center to others.

I am happy to share my experience here with you all that Dr. Chaubal's Thane Ultrasound Centre at Talao Pali, Thane is one of the best centre i have ever visited. I would like to specially mention the efficieny of the Doctors, Nurses and other helping Staff of the centre. I went there to do my ALTUM test which they did with so ease. They all made me so comfortable as a patient as well as they did the test very neatly and efficiently. Entire staff is very loving , caring & polite, especially Nikita..... They all are so suppourtive.... Thanks to the entire Team.....

Dr Chaubal's Thane Ultra Sound Centre is one of the best centre with all the facilities under one roof. I had went for aminocentesis test but as the doctor and her entire team was well experienced they made this process faster and easier with exact decision and made process successful in 1st attempt.....entire staff is very caring.. and loving...specially Nikita ma'am who help me out during test and made me comfortable.....very caring and supportive. Thanks for good care. Highly recommended.

I have been here 3 times for the pregnancy scan of my wife and here is the candid assessment of both pros and cons and chance for improvement if center owners care about it. Pros: Fairly well run center, good reputation, decent sitting facilities for patients. Cons: Due to location of the center parking situation is a mess. Support staff is not well trained. Appointments don't work and it is waiting game. It is a nightmare to request reports on email when it is the norm everywhere else. Despite giving out email the first time, no report is sent out by default. You have to repeatedly call and then someone may or may not oblige you by sending reports on email. Very unprofessional conduct of staff on phone. My advice would be go somewhere else where patients are treated with respect. They aren't a charitable trust where one tolerates poor customer service. They charge top money (more than other centers) and grossly under deliver on services. I checked other reviews with complaints and owners attitude is an automated response without even acknowledgement of issues faced by patients.
