I have written my review last year and then deleted it. But time to time I think again about this diagnostic and imaging center, I feel like writing my review again. We have been there with my old mother at 10 AM. She was not allowed to eat, and only drunk given water (required for tests). The whole waiting system is mismanaged. She waited and waited until 6 pm. And then she went through CT scan after serious dialogue with the owner (seems like a nice professional guy, claimed to have worked at Accenture or some international MNC previously). Afterwards, we waited for an MRI scan. Which in the end didn't work. MRI guy was nice but over-worked and tired. Such a business needs to have some empathy. People like us, come from far like 250km from Bikaner, and if they wait from early morning until late evening 9pm for two simple tests, it is really sad situation. Since, patient is without food, and no proper place to stay late in the night. In summary, the place is poorly managed. No complaints about money, you are there to make money for the services. A little empathy and pinch of good management, can make all the difference. Ofcourse there are so many patients, your current model will work, but just you know with this review it is not a good business model, even though it is working perfectly well for you. The sense of suffering from patient side must be understood, it will give you more joy in addition to the abundant money.
