The doctor here is really respectful and takes the time to understand the patient's situation before providing the appropriate treatment. I've been receiving treatment for psoriasis in my skin and hair for the past 6 years. She provides a diet plan and avoids dietary details with proper guidance in order to heal the disease. She ensures that all of your concerns are addressed before beginning treatment and taking before and after pictures. Doctor dermatologist in Hyderabad has been a fantastic experience.

I felt the clinic is established only for commercial purpose. The customers who come for treatment once never come again, due to doctors half knowledge my skin got spoiled for which I again had to consult another doctor for cure and it took so long for the damage Dr. Billa has done to heal. Prices are not even worth 10% the treatment. Doctor has no knowledge on treatment. My question if you do not even know the treatment and are still learning and experimenting on your clients why put such high prices? Just to try and test treatments on us? And most importantly please stop being rude and arrogant towards patients!

My rating is based only on my experience at the clinic regarding the appointment .though I was disappointed that the dr was not available on the given time through doc prime app. Kindly give priority to those who come to you .

Seriously guys I will not suggest her to anyone in my life again nor il visit her. I had such a bad experience with her..first of all she is such an arrogant lady she has no manners how to talk to her patients, I asked her few questions just for my knowledge n her responce for so arrogant it dont go well with me. Her medicines dont work her tablets are fit for nothing, is she even fit to be an attendant?? Her clinic is just a commercial place, they are not there to serve their patients they just look to get the money out of your pocket..dont waste your time at her clinic there are way better options in the town..N for some reason they are charging 1.5% for paying via credit card why the hell should we pay extra for paying via card??

we have had an excellent experience at Dr. Uma Devi's clinic. She correctly diagnosed my wife's chronic skin problem and gave a permanent cure to the condition. We are very grateful for her service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend her.

She is mean and rude to the core. She is a arrogant lady and not sure for what. They are better doctors than her and they are so down to earth. All she does is prescribe same medicines to everybody and same idiotic moisturizer for everybody. She just wants to make money without even caring for the patient. A BIG NO for her any day.

Dr Uma Devi has treated my 12 years old sons scalp infection problem and its gone with in week. The way she explained the possible causes and the treatment she proposed was really great. Hope all the doctors explain/treat us in the same way. Regards Kiran Akula

I went there for laser and also for my skin problems. She listened patiently and gave treatment. Now she is my go to doctor. I really am happy with the results. Thank you Dr.Billa's.
