Worse experience ever. Only the lady ( Nikita )on reception desk was good n professional, The staff seems more interested in chit-chatting and doing time pass, The person ( dr Vina ) who has to examine me was so rude, Unprofessional. For my fellow colleagues please visit Indus. Belani is worst. Going to report head office regarding my issue..

Worse experience ever. Only the lady on reception desk was good n professional, rest all staff are useless n slow. The staff seems more interested in chit-chatting and doing time pass, I was made to sit unnecessary for a long time, and the person who has to examine me was just roaming here and there. I was informed that they will call me as soon as my report is ready, after 8days I called them to see if it's ready. Highly unprofessional.

Well, I did my RT PCR test in Blue Shield. I would like to mention that Nikita is a blessing to this Organisation. Goes out of the way to handle situations and finds a solution. Dr Belani this fine lady needs to be recognized for her dedicated work.
