Recently I did my Medicals for the fourth times in eight years, I must say, each time their service, friendliness and care has gotten better and better. All staffs right from the, reception, lab technicians to doctors are very attentive, professional and makes you feel comfortable. Thanks to everyone and the management to train, retain such good staffs.
I've done so many medical's before but i haven't seen any clinic like this. Staff's are very friendly & they help if you have any mistake or doubt after medical they offer tea and there's no waiting just walk-in and start your seafarers medical i've done my medical for Royal Caribbean and the main thing is you don't have to wait for a couple of days to collect your report you will get your medical report after few hours.
Go early as possible. Staff is very supportive and doctor too. Have little patience because it take time for medical examination. They provide you water bottle and tea coffee after your blood sample is done. I appreciate the staff . After reports you can have food outside.
Very well experience team there to take care off all your needs, and very polite as well, once the blood sample is taken the guy offers you a cup of coffee , unlike some other medical centres they are very rude to you.

Delighted with the overall experience, been here for my son's medical & I have to write and tell everyone we had excellent service done by a very helpful Ms Akshaya Kolge, Center Manager, who you could clearly see was very capable in handling candidates for quick completion of tests etc inspite of delay in arrival of some doctors. The external & interiors of the clinic was great with visitors' vehicle parking space. The staff were professional and made us relax with tea & mineral water till our test report completion.
