I wish we had the option to give negative rating.They dont deserve even one star. Highly unprofessional staff and doctors. I booked an appointment for the evening.i spoke to their representatives thrice before reaching their clinic. Initially they sent me a wrong location through WhatsApp message ,somehow after calling them twice I managed to reach the right location.on reaching the location i again spoke to their representative to confirm. Finally after reaching there the staff told me that the doctor is on two days leave so the session will be conducted through video call. I travelled all the way from urban estate patiala to 22 no phatak to make a video call from there clinic!!!!!!!!!!!!!they spoke to me more than four times on phone but nobody informed me that the doctor wasn't available . What's the use of coming so far if it was to be done on a video call!?i would have done that from the comfort of mg house n got my medicine collected later. But since i had some skin issue i wanted to show it in person hence I travelled all the way across the city. When i asked the staff present at the clinic that why i wasn informed ,they gave some lame excuses and couldn't come up with any logical reply. Never seen such lackadaisical attitude . Highly unprofessional people. Please dont waste your time with them.there are better options in patiala.
