Hello, Batras team! I would like to enquire about the person in charge of the Mysore Batras branch. Recently, my friend filed a complaint with the call center and the Mumbai office regarding her treatment. She is currently undergoing a new hair treatment for which she paid a significant amount, around 50k to 60k, however, she has been facing some issues. The assigned therapist frequently cancels therapy sessions and takes leave after calling her for therapy. Moreover, if she happen to arrive just one hour late for her treatment, she refuses to provide the therapy, stating that I am tired. This is quite disheartening after traveling a long distance and spending Rs. 200 on auto fare. It's disappointing to experience such a stark contrast between the initial interactions where everyone seemed happy and the subsequent rude behavior. If she does not achieve the desired results soon, I would appreciate a refund of my money. I am really shocked and frustrated by the behavior of that girl where my friend is taking treatment. My friend is very upset. I referred her since I was an old patient of Dr. Batra. I expect strong justice from your end by taking strict action on the girl for her indecent and unprofessionalism.

I want Dr batras last month & Dr as told take some treatment but it's too costly price but the person as suggested me some products I taken now almost my hair fall control I don't name but I tell thanks for him

I recently visited Dr Batra's Mysore clinic after seeing the website. When I entered, there was another patient along with me. He was given a form to fill but I was asked to go inside directly. The consulting doctor took only five minutes and told me for one - two years treatment and asked me to collect the product. When asked for the same, two people told two different prices. I felt that they were inexperienced staff. I collected shampoo and serum for which I did not get the bill also. Request to correct these inconveniences.

It was very good service from therapist Prakriti from mysore branch... I was earlier at Secundrabad and got moved to mysore branch.. They studied the case properly and continued my NEW hair treatment... The best experience I had so far

I booked for a skin consultation. Very poor service. They don't even have skin doctors.
