Actually I was looking to visit for the treatment but going through reviews in just cautioned me think twice before visit. All negative reviews are addressed formally to raise issue in some mail id but is dt issue raised by this patients are resolved?. Just dr batra team pls ask those people to give feedback on grievance re addresssal which have been done by ur team nd get all positive reviews than only we new patients think about visiting ur clinic for treatment. I am taking treatment for my hairfall from Dr batras Mangalore clinic and l am seeing good positive results and happy with the service from the clinic . And they suggested Hairfall control product like shampoo ,serums ,hairoil verry effective.

I was suffering from hairfall. I consulted Dr batras clinic and I got good result. And now my hair growth is better than previous.

I had hairfall issues on two parts of my head . And had also been in some treatment before where I found no improvement but the hairfall was reduced. I came here for treatment they assured me that in the 5th session il get my hairs back from the root . Staffs here both male and Kavya who does the treatment are really good and patiently listen to us. It's been 7months m here initially I had no problem good progress hairfall had reduced bug now when it came to the 7th month end hairs started growing throughout my body Dn I was into depression for 2months also stopped the medicine for 2 months Dn went to parlours and also came across a similar case where a small girl also faced a similar issue. I then bought up confidence and asked the doc regarding the same . The doctor doesn't respond and is least bothered about the issue . Even after explaining what I have been through she says it's normal . And also I came back with my mom to speak regarding the same she did some checks and the same statements where repeated where where spoken on the first day . Then I asked her not even asked requested badly to change tablets she Dn gave me. A set of 1 week tablets still the hairfall is same . The amount of hair I loose is almost 8times that did happen before . It's not like we pay less money we literally keep hopes and pay so much and the doctor don't even respond well . Did my iron checkup and the count was initiall 5when I joined the treatment it had now come to 8 now she blames me saying the iron has to go up to 80 Dn only hairfall will reduce . When I questioned her regarding why this was not told in the initial days no response . I also requested her to give some serum to stop the hairfall . And I just endded up getting prescriptions for iron . Currently I have no medicines given by her excluding iron tabs and yea also she told me to come for treatment. No response for serum or anything medicine which I asked for. I was into depression because of these incident . Also money paid was huge amount . This is just playing with our lives . No value for patients after paying the money . Nor the doc responds . Nor even give proscription after begging for it . I even have proofs of the hairfall images also the photos of the hair on my face . I request you to let me know what has to be done so that these problems are gone . I

Waste of Money!! Present service in Mangalore is very bad. No doctor no service. They won't even take calls after full payment. It seems to be a money making center.App is useless after confirmation of the appointment clinic is closed. They don't take the call. No prior notices. Don't come here looking at advisement. You will waste your money energy time .

Good experience at Dr Batra's clinic in Mangalore. The Dr Mrs Hosdurg brings positivity and hope to the patients and she is very qualified and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and diet. The process was smooth with minimal issues right from registration, payment to diagnosis and receipt of medicines. I thank the staff and Dr Hosdurg.
