Starting with the competency of doctor, I'd recommend a 5 start rating as doctor has understood the problem and had given a proper diagnosis for the same. My wife recently undergone a surgery for an eye injury, but it wasn't a great experience ever since we stepped inside the hospital, the waiting for the first review itself went upto 2 hours. When our turn came, we had been suggested to opt for a surgery, the very next day we reached on time but again we had to wait for 2 hours for the surgery to begin or rather for our turn , as we had been given a proper schedule to be on time, just for the records me and my wife are professionally working class people, with a highest swing of our careers in our mid 30's. But irrespective of that there's no time management followed at the hospital, specifically by Dr. Manish BAPAYE, we had been called again for a routine follow up on a Sunday @9:30 am and He didn't appear at the clinic till 11:00. I surely recommend the hospital to have a deeper look into their time management & consider the value of patient's time too.
I got my lasik surgery done by Dr. Maneesh Bapaye in May 2022 and it went very smoothly. The procedure was painless and he was very skillful with the entire process. No complications after the operation as well. I continued to take the eye drops as prescribed and it's all been good.
