I had an excellent experience during my recent hospital visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable during my stay. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was impressed with the high level of care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking medical attention. Overall, it was a positive experience and I feel grateful to have received such exceptional care.

I was admit in this hospital,but doctor and nurse behave very bad , and staff was not give good facilities and services, this hospital is useless for any disses, I was discharge after 3 days but I am not okay that time but Dr . Fight with us so , I was discharge and I completed my treatment in other hospital , my humble request to everyone don't trust this hospital & don't visit . This hospital take more money by patients but Dr & nurse do very rude behave , & not give good treatment .

I couldn't recommend this hospital not only for their services& treatment bt also staff , included doctors have ego even they didn't listen anything about patient's health for ex.when Dr visited he didn't ask about health of my brother as my brother had fever , headache and other health issues.

I had a very poor experience with hospital (Nursing staff back by Doctor Vivek Bhatt). Dr. Vivek Batt telling the patients and relatives, that "I have many patients like you and you have to wait to meet me even if you are admitted to the Hospital. I do not have time to meet you". As per me its very bad behavior which I have seen from Doctor and Nursing Staff.. may more rude words I have head from hospital staff which I cannot mention here... giving one star is also not good for hospital.

Dr Vivek Bhatt is best doctor in the Nadiad and best experience staff and very good behaviour cash counter staff in ground floor every day lots of OPD handle Vivek sir but I m setisfaction for very cool lising my problem and good treatment. Thanks to Dr Vivek Bhatt and all of staff

First and foremost, I would like to thank Dr.Shaili Bhatt for treating my hyperpigmentation and chickenpox scars with utmost care. I have been dealing with pigmentation since last two years but failed treating it even after spending thousands of rupees. When I visited Dr.shaili she figured out the root cause of my problem and treated me accordingly. Its just been three sittings but I saw amazing results. Secondly, she has been guiding me in the most generous way throughout my consulting sessions.

Hi ...My mom admitted B L Bhatt hospital on 28/08/23..& dis changed on 29/08/23...Very bed services doctors & Nurce ...all services very bed ....Vist charge ...Room charges. Very high ....bed Experience.....Nurce beheviour very bed .no manners...non AC room not a proper clean ...lunch table dirty .not a change bad sheet .. pillow Etc .....

Such a disappointment..I travelled almost 22 km to reach to the hospital for doctor shaili bhatt and I had already booked appointment,I did call and told them that I will reach within 10 min still when I reached at 1:00 pm,one hour before closing time,doctor was not there and staff told me to come tomorrow,they should understand everyone is working and have professional life,I took leave from the office for the doctor's apoointment.
