I visited Dr.Avinash in MAY 2022 for a slip disc problem. He listened to my concerns and determined that I had a lumbar disc issue and hence radiculopathy based on an MRI. To help ease the pain, he recommended muscle relaxant medications and a few exercises. I've been doing those simple exercises regularly for about 4 weeks now, and I haven't had another pain attack since. The doctor deserves a lot of credit.
