I have never seen such a rude receptionist EVER ,when I went there one day during afternoon. She literally acted like she owns the place(short lady ). It is all because of the doctor who overlooks these rude behavior. I'm always surprised how on earth many places like these have no idea about something called CUSTOMER SERVICE. p.s - Thank you for proving my point by the below owner's response that they do overlook the bad attitude of the staff since he literally defends and supports them. No wonder they act that way.!! Also looks like you have one more unsatisfied patient from out of country !!?? Instead of spending time and energy replying to the reviews again and again(tracking down on them about their visits) if you teach professionalism to the staff you wouldn't have a bunch of other PREVIOUS negative reviews about the same front desk staff which exactly proves my review. if not, just keep on responding to other future reviews defending this way to the patients (if you have a lot of time) , which again proves u care about the staff not the patients!!

Not writing this too early! By now it's been almost a month period I had my first visit. Since it was a weekday my wait time to consult doc was not long. I had pigmentation around my mouth due to extreme dryness and obviously dryness induced itching. I already had done with chemical peeling treatment in Kumbakonam which had results but the actual problem didn't get rid off and kept coming back. Due to dryness the black patch was too visible on my face, Dr. Ashok Kumar gave me few tabs and external application (paid 1.5k which is worth when compared to chemical peel as it's costed 6k for complete process for each time) on pigmentation while it showed slow results at the beginning but definitely a solution for the actual root cause, I was half minded to book an appointment but out of all odds I would say he is best money wise and the quality of work he does! Just don't worry about negative reviews give a try once and yes you will have good results. Keep providing quality work doctor definitely I will suggest you for any skin problem for my family and friends. Good Luck!!!!

I'm glad to post this review , Dr . Ashok Kumar is the best dermatologist thus far according to me , and his diagnosis on skin and hair related issues is really good , he does not prescribe costly medicine and test for unnecessary reason , he just prescribes and performs medical treatment only that is needed, overall I would suggest anyone struggling with issues in skin and hair to have a consultation with Dr. Ashok Kumar
