The treatment for my mom was good and the follow up was minimal, the hospital staffs were kind enough, they did handle the insurance coverage also well however the overall charges were high compared to many other hospitals. It was called as a package but the medicines before and after procedure, checkups before and after were charged. The kit issued to the patient too have to be customised according to their needs and they shouldn't be made to pay for everything. Example: The kit contains cooling glass and it is issued after every procedure. Why should the patient buy them if he / she is getting both eyes done in a shorter span of time?
Best hospital ever I visit for my son cataract problem. Doctor Arvind is awesome and knows kids behaviour and explain very softly to parents and to kids as well. Hospital members are really cared about people and very helpful and friendly environment. Best hospital for kids with eyes issues.
I have done my both eyes cataract surgery. A i got my 100% vision. And opticals staffs arr very well explained the products. All the staffs are taken care very well. I will suggested all of my friends and relatives to this hospital.
Hospital looks small. But Very good treatment not less than any corporate hospital. I have done both eyes cataract surgery with 10 days span of time. Earlier I am using thick Power glasses with vision -11.5. After cateract surgery My vision becomes normal. Now I am free from spectacles. Hospital Staff cooperation and caring was wonderful.
