Very bad experience . After taking 1 year of acne treatment still the issue is same even I got more scars because of her treatment . Medicines are very expensive and they will only destroy your skin .
I fixed an Appointment with Dr Archana's staff today 20.9.2022 for 12.00 noon.
I reached her clinic at sharp 12, when her staff (a girl) told that she will come at 1 pm.
If she was to come late, her staff *should not have* given the time of 12 or at least should have informed on my phone that she is coming late.
*Time of others is also important.*
her behaviour is worst.. but other doctor's behaviour is excellent. Dr. Archana now need to learn some manners that how to talk patients family.
visited this doctor for treatment of my 11 yr old daughter, she was having very minor acne symptoms and initially there were only 2-3 spots on her forehead when treatment was started. my daughter had gone thru almost 6 month of treatment and now her complete forehead is full of acne and red spots, then i thought to visit another good doctor and he told me that this has been spread across the face due to allergic reaction of the cream suggested by your previous doctor.
I realized that i have wasted 6 months, then i completely stopped the treatment of Archana Singh. She doesn't know how to diagnose, how to
prescribe and how to treat. She doesn't even check the patients personally in corona period. She just sits behind a thin sheet of plastic on her chair and asks her associate to describe. Now you can imagine that without proper diagnosis, she "so called gold medalist" is treating skin patients.
I would like to give her negative star for ranking but that option is not available on google.
Much to say but I will conclude in best in all ways (behaviour,listener,motivator)
And best of best in her profession
She gives only cosmetic product like suncream, lotion and all , interested only in making money. Minimum rs.3000.
Dont waste your time and hard earned money.
No dought doctor is very good and her behaviour is excellent..and her staff is very helpful & humble..
I had a skin itching problem which she was able to cure totally with correct treatment.
With other doctors the problem came back but she cured me of my itching issues.
