Staff is misbehaving with patients in absence of doctor. Even after 30 days of medication no improvement in symptoms and when i visited the clinic and asked the staff what to do, they asked me to take medicines for extra five days. They want me to buy medication that is not helping since last 30 days. Not just this, even doctor's father came and started shouting that we have cetrain policy of continuing the same medication for atleast 5 days even if the medication is of no use. This is not treatment, this business, sir. Not sure about doctor but management and staff is worst.
Dr behaviour is good but tha staff is worst...No online payments only cash and even no online bookings and you have to pay Rs 300 everytime as consultation fee..

Treatment of doctor was very effective but the staff members do some biasing in providing token number, they provide direct acces to the Doctor without any token number to the people of close contact or their relatives. But it is very wrong and unfair with common people.

Wanted to visit Dr Apar Clinic on 17 th oct 2019, I called for an appointment, the receptionist told that appointment is not given on phone patient has to visit walk-in. I reached in hospital around 1000 hrs and was told that I might be consulted after 1700 hrs, This could be informed when I called. I had to travel 50 kms only for this. They take fees advance then confirm appointment. Means I had to wait 7 hrs for my turn. So I decided not to get consultancy and tried alternative solutions. Luckily there is a Kavya hospital near mahavir chowk, I approached there and consulted in 20 mnts. Dr Apar Gupta may be a good doctor , no doubt, I am not raising finger upon him but the way to reach him is bad, clinic's staff must be counseled,

Itne clean toilets to hotel par bhi nahi rahte. Petrol, diesel, Cng, electric charging all available here. Free air filling. staff behaviour is also good.
