Doctor is preety much good and knowledgeous. I strongly recommend; however, the insurance cases are very poorly managed by the authorities.

I read the review regarding Dr. Mishra being rude to his patients before I went in as an attendant with my mother, and for a good 20 minutes I observed him talking and handling the patients in the OPD. And I would strongly disagree with whatever has been put here. He is not rude, he is straight and frank, at times curt with people who deserve it. If a patient has been asked to do something and he or she hasn't done it or hasn't shown compliance to treatment or follow up, he gets a little rough. But we as responsible citizens should D understand that the curt behaviour is for the benefit of the patient, because Dr. Mishra is also offering extra chair time for the purpose. 3 patients also gave the feedback that after the doctor's strict and frank talk in the last visit, the treatment and follow up has been very regular and they also get to see the results. I think a person can be this frank only if he has deep seated knowledge and is confident that he isn't doing anything wrong. Responding to non compliance amicably may at times be like sugar coated toxic substances and it benefits none

Fantastic Infrastructure with latest equipments. Extremely well mannered staff. And above all , Dr. Anurag Mishra.. Words fall short to describe him ,both as a clinician and as a human being.. His diagnosis and treatment are too good.. His dealing with patients and attendants is absolutely amazing.

Mr.Subrat Kumar Kar for your kind information, We have no Cataract surgery package priced at 28,000 rupees. This in itself shows how much of truth and falsehood lies in your allegations. We would like to extend a challenge to you on this public platform, if you furnish a single evidence to prove what you are saying, you would receive an amount three times of what your money receipt speaks. We know you can't though, as we know that your father has never ever visited our hospital. We still would wait for your visit along with the document or evidence to prove we are wrong and you are right!!

The behaviour of front office lady is very bad.If the patient has got eye infection then also they don't take quick appointment they say we have to take appointment before one day .Will the eye infection ask and come that I am coming

I am not questioning about Doctor's capabilities. I hope Doctor will get the message I am trying to convey. 1. What is the point of doing over booking & forcing patients to wait for 2 to 3 hours. We should respect every one's time. No one is jobless in this world & love to wait for so long. Management can plan the booking properly & avoid long waiting time. 2. We have to call exact 7 pm to get the appointment.what is the logic behind it. Top of that we have to call 15 to 20 times to get connected as everyone would be trying to get the booking. 3. I was there in clinic & saw something that is not acceptable at any cost, team is smartly asking patients that do you have smart phone & giving 5 stars ratings from themselves without taking concern of patients, this a cyber crime. Please eliminate these process or modify,we are just asking for

I had my wife's cataract surgery done in Dr. Anurag's clinic. She has glaucoma in both the eyes. I asked many doctors in my family for the best hand who can do a complicated surgery in both her eyes already damaged by advanced glaucoma. The first person who strongly recommended Dr. Mishra was Dr. Rinku Das, herself an opthalmologist and my daughter's friend in Bangalore. She gave him the highest rating as the best hand anywhere. Then my niece, Dr. Lipika of Medanta Medicity called Dr. Anurag Mishra a great eye surgeon. My son, Sandeep, corroborated. He talked to Dr. Mishra,fixed the appointment, and came from Delhi to take his mother for the surgery. The staff were so good. So courteous ! And so professional ! They helped us complete the paper work including insurance work online. No waiting for hours. Tests were done immediately after we reached the clinic. And Dr. Anurag Mishra did the surgery to perfection. Dr. Anurag Mishra is an outstanding opthalmologist and eye surgeon in Odisha. In today's world, clientele satisfaction is the criterion - the standard of judgement. Going by my wife's high satisfaction, restoration of vision minutes after the surgery, I would say Dr. Anurag Mishra is a great eye surgeon. He is the best in Odisha. He is so young, so professionally competent, so skilled in latest technology and so patient- friendly ! He is a good human being and a great eye surgeon. In future, we will consult Dr. Mishra and only him. I will advise all in my larger family members and friends, especially friends in the Bhubaneswar Club, to consult & get operated, if needed, only by Dr. Anurag Mishra. In this age of fast changing technology, only a few young eye surgeons remain updated with latest skills and competencies. Many popular brand names in the market suffer from professional obsolescence. My wife's eyes were damaged by the sheer incompetence of an opthalmologist who was earlier in the Kar clinic. Difficult to believe that being an opthalmologist he couldn't know that my wife's eyes were already damaged by advanced glaucoma. When on her fourth visit to the doctor, we insisted that he should carefully re-examine that he would acknowledge his mistake. Her left eye was 85% damaged by glaucoma. Such eye doctors are a blot on the fraternity of opthalmologists. As an eye surgeon , Dr. Anurag Mishra is the best in Odisha, and one of the best in the country. God bless him !

Dr Anurag Mishra is nice person. His treatment style is different than others. He has latest equipment in his clinic. He is a glaucoma specialist.
