The best part about the hospital is it's Cleanliness, Staff Behaviour, Ambient etc etc. I have been visiting this hospital for some time now. I love it. I am a regular patient visiting this hospital. But the reason, I give a 1 ( one ) star is, the hospital forces you to pay the Consultant Charges in Cash on all the occasion. 2. Being a patient I was asked to undergo EEG by my Doctor. I came to the counter to pay. Again for payment when I offered my Card, I was forced to withdraw Cash from a nearby ATM, and Pay the hospital in CASH. When the whole of India, is moving towards Digital India, Cashless India, Medicity Guwahati, opp Downtown is still forcing it's Customer to pay in Cash.

Very greedy hospital. The staffs are not very friendly, even the security guard offered me to get faster service if I bribed him on my first visit. The quality of service is very poor as compare to their charges. I have to keep waiting for hours even their appointed times never adhered to. I consulted Dr. Sangeeta Datta for my sister's psychiatric concerns. The consultant fees is Rs. 1000.00 every visit including follow ups. Recommended test after test every visit. Outside test reports are not allowed. They take cash payment only for most of the tests. I am very disappointed with their services and treatment. I suggest you to avoid this hospital/ clinic as I did not get any positive results.

Pathetic service, the reception has no clue what is the meaning of "Appointment"..... if Dr is visiting the clinic at 3pm... they will give all the patients appointment for 3pm..... but the fact is there is nothing called appointment ... their receptionist or sales team will follow up to ensure you are coming or not but when you reach the place firstly you got to pay the fee of Rs1200 upfront post which appointment is confirmed on a first come first serve basis.... #Medcity# management if you looking at this review please give some lessons and training to your team on the communication front ...... Everybody's time has got value.......

I feel very sorry to inform that the staff members don't know what's their responsibility while on duty. Moreover the toilet where its specially written only for staff is so dirty can't express by words. When I went for a blood and urine test the lab technician at first he took the blood sample and asked me to collect the urine,while I returned there is no one to receive the urine sample they just left the prescription and loss from that place.

Pathetic experience....! Doc (Gyne) M. MZMDR. Illogical questions & behaviour. The Doc seemed too familiar & interested on topic behind his area. Not recommended for Female alone and new patients... ! Not an ideal, genuine & enthusiast doctor. Poor him. Rated him - 100 (Minus 100)

The clinic had a nice environment and was well equipped. But the staff at the medicine counter who types bill was very rude to me. He completely lacks in manner and does not Have proper accounting knowledge. He charged me more than the bill. When I questioned about that he made me wait for more than half an hour . I am a psycatric patient .It hurt me very much mentally. I did not expect such kind of pathetic service from medicity guwahati. Such a shame. I am still suffering from that incident . In this way medicity will earn a bad name unless of course they change their staff.

I am very sorry to say that the management staff, the receptionist one( unknown; having tattoo on her right hand) has got a very rude behaviour especially when its 2nd visit for report discussions and suggestion. secondly, why do you call the patients so early,infact we have to wait for minimum 3- 4 hrs. Besides all these cons, doctors of medicity are highly experienced and best in their field.

I visited Medicity Guwahati having in front of Down Town Hospital and found the best services there. Specially Dr. Anirban Mahanta Sir(Neurologist) and Dr. Rituraj Bailung Sir(physiotherapist) are the best doctor I met there. Both the doctor's behaviours are best with patient. They give time with the patients and hear the history of the deseases with interest and treat the patients very well. They do not give interest to earn money but try to treat the patients very well and give importance in speedy recovery of the patients.
