Good doctor and very responsive. I have been going to Dr Anirudh for the last 4 years and have been very satisfied. i would have rated 5 but my recent experience with the reception staff was very bad. My Son was having a high fever (104 deg) and i had consulted the doctor in morning. Doctor suggested some tests and had told me to come back with the results so he could prescribe the antibiotics. Now the test results came by 8:30 PM the same day in evening so i went to doctor immediately as i wanted to get the right antibiotic to control the condition of my son. When i reached the clinic the reception person abruptly told me to go back telling me that this was not a OPD but a private clinic. I did sent the message to doctor which he responded but the interaction with the reception spoiled my perception of the services. I think the overall perception of the service is built by the interface the service has. I request Dr Anirudh to correct this immediately. I remember the earlier person who used to sit in reception was atleast sensitive to the issues Net - the doctor is excellent in his diagnosis and treatment (5/5 for it ) for the front desk i will give a (1/5)
Dr. Anirudh is our family doctor. From our 14 years old son to 73 years old father in law, every one is his under his medical supervision. He is humble, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. His treatment always gave immediate good results. He was a sheer blessing during COVID. Gave his consultation even at mid night. Thank you Dr. Anirudh for your services.
I took my father at his clinic today since he had high fever...on reaching the reception guy took the name for appointment and we sat for more than 40 minutes. The guy didn't inform us that our appointment was for 1 pm ...we came at 9.40 am ...when we realised other people who came after us went to meet doctor before us then we asked him ...he said he doesn't have any idea how much time it will take....we left from the clinic immediately. The guy knew that my father had high fever yet he didn't inform earlier..we just wasted 40 min sitting there. Very bad experience. Rude receptionist.

Not happy at all with the appointment stuff. If suddenly someone falls ill the clinic boy expects us to take an appointment. What if someone needs immediate medical attention still they can confidently say no appointment mam. So basically we should plan our illness and take 2 days prior appointment . So insensitive it is we are humans we cannot foresee our illness. So disheartening But I am happy he responded when I whatsxapped him
