Such a waste Clinic the doctor there was so stupid had no clue about my problem. She dint even look at my reports. She has only one goal that is to sell the medicines in her medical shop so she wrote the costly tablets to take from their medical and i spent 20000 and took tablets for 2 months hoping to get well. But zero results. Kindly request everyone don't go to this place it's waste of time money and energy. It's running because of the hard work done by the elderly lady before couple of years but now her daughter who is giving prescription these days is sitting there just for time pass and to sell their medicine and more importantly they will ask you to take the medicines from their medical pharmacy only because they won't be available in any other pharmacy in the state.

Hello Please don't go to this clinic. Doctors should be empathetic and kind towards their patients but the doctor who are treating here lack the most basic quality which the doctor should have there is no reason to be rude to your patients and all that waiting is not worth the treatment there are much better and experienced doctors in Hyderabad.please go and back learn your basics on how to talk to a patient before treating them.

Apart from the token system and embarassing behaviour from token issuers at medical everything is good. You need to mention the date of your presence. Usually, most people take appointments just a day before and enroll. I've taken my father after taking the token from an adjacent pharmacy who issues it. Trust me, she's one of most popular and diagnoses well. Just few questions she asks like symptoms and past patient medical history and couples of minutes that's it. You're good to go. She's very experienced and excellent at her service. Note: I heard that you should strictly stick to your token timings. If you're late or early she (doctor) may not accept your appointment. Very rarely she accepts if you're late but generally she yells or kicks them out.

Madam Dr Anandavalli is great there are no words to describe her treatment, I can say she is life saver like god just with medication. Only really experienced with Dr knows this fact. She is retired and sees the patients at her residence. She is wonderful for her service to the needy patients with no commercial sense. But I agree the appointment process is worst and disgusting. When you book phone appointment they ask you to come on a day at 7:30 AM and you are required to stand and wait for a clinic lady to come and call the names, then she will give a token number, again you will have to wait for your turn to see Dr. Every staff here behaves like they came from mars and patients are from earth :). Be prepared to loose your self respect there if you really need to see Doctor. Its their strong point and our week point. I request the team/staff to enhance the better practice for appointments. I hope Doctor read my review and suggest the staff accordingly.

Worst Staff but the Doctor is too good. I consulted her 6 years back for my mother. Before her I Consulted multiple doctors and they said that she could never stand up. But when I consulted Dr. Nagavalli, she just gave 3 injections and few medicines and my mother has completely recovered in 10 days.

Dear Anandvali, Kindly requesting you to treat the mental patients who are inside your medical shop(lady receptionist ) before treating others problem then only we are able reach you. if not that mad female making non sense and using vulgarly language to give appointment not only me but also 100s of people suffering from her mad behavior and finally not giving appointments to patients. there are many people who are coming to your hospital but due that mad lady many or going another hospital. hope you can understand our pain and remove her or admit her in Erragadda if she want we(patients) will donate money for her treatments.

today I went to so called hospital and asked for appointment but the one who is there medical shop told that there are no appointments and all are closed. so I asked for next day or any other day which she give appointment but she told we are not giving appointments anymore I though the hospital is going to shutting down as she said like not taking any appointments. after that she shouting like anything one me. if felt like she is a mental patient she need to admit in mental hospital if she want money for treatment I am ready to her give her. anyways we are not getting appointment due to her madness. i don't know how this madd fellow got appointed as receptionist Perugoppa Vooru Dhibba ane samethaki correct suit ithadhi.

Worst attitude from the medical shop who gives the appointments. She might even refuse giving an appointment if she doesn't like u. Apart from that, Dr. Anandavalli garu is a very good doctor. Avoid this hospital if u care about your self respect.
