Dr Amey Swar is one of the best doctors I ever met. He did an excellent surgery of my mother. Not only he has taken care of her health, but also he is always polite, kind to speak at every meet. Dr. Amey Swar is kind, humorous & humble personality. Had visited him due to accidental injury. Diagnosis was accurate and his confidence of getting me recovered within less time was amazing. He is not money oriented and is firm to provide best treatment to his patients which results 100percent recovery.

I had visited Dr. Amey for an injury on my leg. He gave an appointment for 6.30 in the evening and I reached on time but there were 8 patients before me so the waiting time was very high. What is the whole point of appointment then? I was the last patient to go in, and the doctor seemed to be in a hurry to go. He hurriedly prescribed medicines for my injury and was reluctant to talk about another concern I had. He simply mentioned that that is not the major concern right now and that we will talk about it in followup visit even though its completely unrelated to the prescribed medicine or followup. In all he seemed knowledgeable in his work but was not patient enough to consult properly. If we are giving hefty consultation fees and waiting for so long, at least the doctor should listen to all our concerns and discuss possible options with us. Edit: As a reply to the response from owner, all I can say is even if there was a delay due to some emergency case, transparency and integrity would have been good. It felt that because there was no proper appointment process, a huge number of patients were called in although doctor didn't have the time to consult all of them in such a short time. This caused long waiting time and hurried consulting. If there was a delay, then either appointments could have been postponed in due time with proper notice or consultation charges could have been reduced for first or follow-up visits. I appreciate that the hospital and doctors at vision do take our feedback constructively and I hope they try to make the experience better for other patients in future.

Dr. Amey was very easy to talk to and his treatment was effective. He was extremely responsive after the visit which was great as my medicines needed modification. Thanks a lot.

One year ago today I had to undergo an ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY and Dr Amey Swar did a splendid job at it. His calming and jovial nature helped an overthinker as myself. The services that I received from Dr. Amey was excellent, he was just a text away, always responding to an emergency even at night. Thank you Dr. Amey!!!

My Aai had a knee and spine problem for last 10+ years and had taken treatment from many doctors. We met Dr Amey in Vision Hospital Mapusa. He suggested knee replacement but we were not sure if that works 100% as people had seen failures in this kind of surgeries in the past. Dr Amey gave us confidence through his words and We trusted him. We did replacement surgery and Aai was walking straight just after 3days of the surgery. After 1 year Aai we wanted to get rid of spine pain so we did MRI scan and Dr Amey suggest for spine surgery (L4-L5 Listhesis). Surgery was 6hours long and it was successful again. Aai started to walk of her own after 20days. Doctor Amey is very sharp. He is a Gold medalist and very humble in nature.
