My son diagnosed AUTISM and he was on therpy 6 months in Coimbatore both occupational and sepech therapy along with floor intervention therapy he improved we'll, after came to tirunelveli due to less awareness of therapy and BOT i didn't get good care of my baby, then thought tirunelveli is not a place for autistic kids? No awareness less opportunity for early intervention? Please do help he is now on regression
