The waiting time is too much. The doctor usually arrives one hour later than the time mentioned when giving evening appointments. Takes easily an hour and half of your day if you don't have an approach directly. He writes the medicines quickly, doesn't explain how to use them or their side effects or why he has prescribed the medicine or discuss your problem in his consultancy and rings the bell quickly (within a minute of you entering) to call for the next patient.
