My Mother recently had the pleasure of visiting "Dr. Agrawal Eye Hospital" for eye checkup, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
I was greeted warmly with every staff members there. The clinic is comfortable, clean and well-organised, which is always a plus.The eye examination itself was conducted by a highly skilled and knowledgeable optometrist. They took the time to explain each step of the process and answer all queries. It was evident that they truly cared about eye health and well-being.

The staff at reception as well as other staff was rough and behavioral pattern was very rude. They were lying also. Visit of your hospital was a nightmare. Had a very bad experience. Behavior at reception desk was very bad. They all need training how to talk with patients and in which tone to talk. I hope it will be useful for the future.
