This is a remarkable hospital that provides world class service to its patients. I had a very pleasant experience during a major surgery that was performed for my father. The staff were very polite, helpful and more importantly efficient. They worked hard to ensure that the procedure was seamless. My father has reaped the benefits of their labor and is recovering well.

My Father had a cataract surgery here. Pre op till operation all was smooth and good. No confusions. All staff and doctors were so calm and responsible.

All Doctors and staff are doing their duties but few point to relook. Diverting patients here and there... from 1st floor to 4th floor cabin to cabin is not good. Counselors should be for support and not only for selling packages and follow for insurance claim. Look at staff when they deal with patient and attenders, they look tired, no smile, no empathy or caring. Your hospital is good with all facilities please make proceses easy and friendly. A clean and neatly maintained hospital, just finished cataract surgery for my father right eye , you can watch live surgery from an adjacent room which is really cool... Need to wait a little. During checkup waited more than 2hours and also staffs can be more attentive when contacted through mobile.
