Located in Gachibowli which is just opposite of pista house..and above the fav india store.. 1. Good and systematic service 2. Visiting fee is 500 3. Waiting time is around 2hrs 4. Enough sitting places available 5. After 30mins of your registration they will start the process of doing your routine eye checkup 6. I visited doctor shweta Padma ma'am for my eye irritation, she is a very humble person 7. They will give medicines after your visit to the doctor, you can purchase from outside also, that will be a good option. 8. Nice place to check up for your eyes.

Had very good experience with Agarwal's Gachibowli branch. my mother received good care who went for cataract surgery here. Staff and doctors are nice. Especially counselling department staff Srilatha is very helpful and patience in answering all my queries about surgery and insurance process. Place is nicely maintained and appointments are organised very well.

Awesome and wonderful service and treatment provided by Agarwal hospital at Gachibowli and the doctor (Preethi Reddy) treats the patient very well and polite and coming to insurance department in Agarwal like Srilatha and Ashok cleared most of the queries raised by us related catrat surgery which was happened last month and their service is very efficient and polite with all doubts raised. All the staffs in Agarwal provided good service like technical team who inspects the eyes. As per my knowledge till now all the days in our treatment we haven't find any difficulty and their response is very quick. It is very hospital and i suggested few more people to prefer this hospital and also referred from my end. Thanks all for your wonderful support provided to the patients.

Recently we have visited Dr Agarwal Eye hospital Gachibowli branch for my mother(75Years) eye checkup. First of all, you should have more patience, they will take more time for consultation even if you take appointment already. They have more staff in Hospital compared to patients, Even Tho the service is very bad, Staff is not friendly and no responsibility. There is no use of having more staff if they are not helping to patients. Eye surgery they will do very quickly because they will get the money after surgery, if you visit for post-surgery checkups, they will take more time and you need to waste your one-day time. This is my personal experience only. Others might have different opinion. I will Not recommended.

I had booked the appointment from MeddiBuddy application and overall process was very smooth. Front desk staff and others were helpful and polite. I am highly satisfied with the service.
