Recently visited at Arapalyam branch , Totally awesome and all staff maintained good hospitality. And hospital infrastructure and design looks like a luxury hotels and specially Optical team approached and they explained about all the glass very knowledgeable and clam .

The treatment process is excellent.
We did a cataract surgery for my father. We felt comfortable and the employees were polite with the patients and the attender. They guide us everywhere with the process and done a surgery within a day. Overall very good, will recommend to others
Hospital provides seemless eye check up and operation procedure. A floor is dedicated for operations. My mom underwent cataract operation and the pre operative procedure, operation and post operative care are best in town.
The nursing staff are very helpful here.

Poor service and staff behaviour not upto mark...Insurance people doesn't know how to work...very bad experience in madurai Agarwal particularly insurance team Gowri who is irresponsible and don't know how to speak with the customer..although complaint raised and no answer till now from the manager Rajapandian...Will not recomend anybody to this hospital
Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital located in Aarapalayam Madurai nearer to the Bus Stand. Had a routine eye check up. Hospital is neat and clean. In continuation of the International Women's Day celebration, they are not charging for the woman patients. Patients are attended then and there. No much waiting period. Very good service.
