The optical service doesn't clearly explain what kind of glasses are to be used. I had recently bought specs from them for my father and he was not comfortable with the same while using laptop, when enquired upon they said we should have mentioned that the users is using laptop. In this digital age everyone uses laptop and it's the job of the person to clearly explain what kind of glasses are required based on usage. Hence I had to purchase additional glasses which are compatible for the laptop. Money wasted.. if they had informed that laptop users have separate glasses then we would have bought it in the first time itself.

I've come here twice, and I've had a really good experience on both visits. The clinic is clean and spacious. It's wonderful that they charge only Rs.300 for a basic eye check up. Highly recommended. But do keep in mind that it takes 2 hours for an eye check up (pupil dilation and going through multiple checks before seeing the actual ophthalmologist).

It's a zero rating review. I never seen such a money minded people. Their concern is all about payment. We took our grandfather to do a cataract surgery. After the surgery his eyes got so much pain and abnormal symptoms. It's been a couple of month and still he is struggling. When we went for reviewing several times with the chief Dr.bhaskaran he is not all responding properly to our doubts. He is being very rude/ignorant and his replies are sarcastic to my grandfather. Very disappointed with the service and we regret being there.
