Good atmosphere at this hospital.. Facilities: inhouse optics, pharmacy Good sitting arrangement. Facts: I was booked appointment through call and I was reached on time but still i had to wait for 2 hour's..(So whats the point to book appointment through call) and if you are going to do so then comform how many doctors are there that day because as I got information that there are 4 doctor's shall be there but in real it's only one..so due to this all this trouble.. So conform all things prior..

In spite of not getting appointment with an Ophthalmologist of my choice for a particular time slot ( I got a range of time 2 PM to 4 PM) I was lucky in getting a call from an optician within 20 minutes and with the doctor within 1 hour. The Non Medico Staff were courteous and helpful. The Medical Team was excellent. They were always smiling and made me comfortable very fast.

The best eye care hospital in Pune with world class facilities. Took my parents for their cataract surgery. Counsellor Vishakha took care of everything with the counselling and suggestion to carry on the treatment, explaining all the details of surgery procedure, lenses and answering all your queries. She is so prompt and helpful with scheduling and keeping check on it with her prompt reminders. Even she helped out with the insurance part. Thank you Dr Pankaj Asawa sir, Sayali mam and Padma mam for taking very good care of my parents eyes. Special mention to entire faculty and the insurance team. They are so polite and professional to enable best possible treatment experience to you. Must recommended for everyone who is looking a good place where their eyes can be taken care of by the best in the town.

The clinic is clean and spacious with comfortable seating arrangements. The staff is polite,well trained and attend to patients promptly. Be prepared to spend some time here because of the many number of patients. I visited the Aundh branch.Soft spoken Dr Padma Lakshmi ,is very professional and gives good advice patiently.

Had a really pleasant and smooth experience at this clinic. Starts right from the attendant Mahesh Jadhav who assists with vehicle parking. My wife had to undergo a surgery involving two procedures. We consulted Dr. Sayali Tamhankar and Dr. Sudhir Baburdikar who were extremely patient in explaining all details of the procedures. So we felt very confident going ahead. All other pre-op formalities were executed smoothly by their in-house counsellor Tarana Khan. Insurance details were explained by Mahesh in the TPA department. All other staff are well trained and courteous too, making the overall experience very good! Keep up the good work!!

My mother's cataract surgery was done at Dr Aggarwal eye hospital. The whole experience was seamless and well orchestrated. The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly and they guided us in the whole process. The staff at the hospital are swift, hands on and experienced. They guided us through the whole journey with prompt response and quick turnaround. Overall it was a very good experience and highly recommend the hospital for eye procedures. I even got my eye tested and the optometrist guided me and continues to guide me with my concern over my lens. I am very pleased with the support

I booked my appointment with Dr Pankaj Asawa yesterday and I got slot of 4.30pm to 5 pm. As instructed, I visited hospital one hour before. Registration and pre check up was done and Dr Pravin Asawa examined me thoroughly. The experience was friendly and ambiance was healthy and cheerful. Thank U Doctor.

Dr. Asawa was my surgeon who is exceptionally thorough in whatever he does, very warm hearted and knowledgeable, he's an expert in Opthalmo, Tarana mam is also very helpful rite from the beginning she suggested me Panoptix Trifocal Lens which I find very helpful, within 24 hrs my entire vision has changed for good, thank you Tarana mam I really feel great! The entire hospital is very clean and hygienic it feels you are being treated in one of the hospitals in the US. I'm planning my second eye cataract surgery at the same hospital coz I'm confident my eyes are in the safe hands of Dr. Asawa. I also find the entire crew of Agarwal Hospital very helpful.
