5/5 rating for Dr. Vidya Sagar. 2/5 for waiting time. This needs to improve. Overall lower rating due to the waiting time/token system. I waited 3 hours on day 1 (evening) and was asked to visit the next day(morning). I was under the impression that I would be sent earlier because it is a repeat consultation. As during the previous evening, people who visited for repeat consultation (people who came in morning and again in the evening) were given preference. This is not the case for repeat consultation in the morning. That is if you visit earlier day and come back the next morning you won't be given preference and need to follow the token number. I was not informed of it leading to a larger wait time. So please visit in the morning if you are visiting the first time as it saves a lot of time.
