Bad experience : 1. Waiting period is too long 2. Staff responsibility is poor 3. Before consulting they charged, so they keep us waiting as much as they can Please take morning breakfast and bring an afternoon lunch box with you it' easy because near by we don't have any good hotel...

Expensive, but treatment is ok. Again visited on 3rd June, it is disappointing corneal Topography delayed more than 2 hrs 40 mins and no info why? Wait waiting waited

Overall experience was good, I won't say great. Doctor seem to be rushing with the patient, maybe it's due to the crowd. But it would be nice if the doctor makes the patient comfortable. It would be good if there is a display system that keeps the patients informed about which room he/she will be called next. In absence of that we completely depend on the nurse to direct the patients, and there is every chance of someone jumping the queue. In my case I had no clue who will call me next after the doctor attended me. It was after a wait of more than an hour the counsellor called us in. I'm sure there was some gap in communication as we saw some patients going before us though they came after us after doctor consultation. It is not good. We are yet to take treatment, and shall share feedback post that.

Very disappointed. Highly crowded. People at front desk unable to manage the crowd. Waiting ambience has to be improved a lot. Feeling suffocation with in 10mins of waiting in the hall. Administration must understand the condition of visiting patients and should improve. Some construction work going in the entrance where many aged people finding difficult to access in. My god!! How come a hospital entrance having such steep stair steps?? Check the standards for providing such stair access at the hospital! Overall many things here to improve. I will post further about quality of treatment and process after my checkup is done. Feedback after treatment: Once I go to 3rd floor to meet a doctor , then it become seamless and doctor and attendant are more responsive in that section and they are very prompt. When I come down for pharmacy to by medicine, again it's same story of crowd and very slow till I leave. Conclusion: Treatment of doctor is very good and professional with care. But The first impression, way we get treated till we reach 3rd floor is horrible. Please maintain the waiting hall and first floor diagnosis area neat and tidy.

Dr.Rajan and staffs are so concerned about patients comfort and Iam happy with the services they provide but most of the time the hospital is busy and crowd so plan and go..

Worst management, less worried about patients. For normal regular check up 4 to 5 hrs need to wait. Small kids, old age people are waiting for long time. Even after multiple request there is no change. After Registration within hour message received " Thank u for visiting Dr. Agarwals hospital, please submit your feedback. Feedback about staff behavior, Doctor treatment. Even first process not started, how come I will give feedback about doctor.

Dr.rajan is very kind in the treatment.politely explains the problems I am facing. Thi s is to inform that my both eyes were got operated in your esteemed A.A.nagar branch10 yrs back but records could not be traced in TBM branch.

All the medical & non-medical staffs are very kind and approachable. They attend senior citizens with additional care and answer our queries very politely. Special mention about Ms. Monica who was there to assist us throughout the process and it is very much appreciated. To improve: 1. The whole process takes more wait time. 2. Canteen facilities
