Dr. Agarwal hospital could be suggest only for doctor Dr. Ramalingam's service and never for administration and cost of the procedures. No respect for the patients. Receptionist and nurses are working like a government staffs. No one is responsible for treatment process.

Clean,neat and tidy hospital. Spacious and comfortable lounge. World class facilities. A freindly doctor with vast experience with most of the staff very polite and supportive. Few exceptions were also there ( like reception and spectacles counters,) .Though not that bad but can improve to match with other departments.

We had a LASIK procedure done here in Sep'23 or a Streamlight PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy), to be precise. Our experience has been positive thus far. We knew of the hospital through its reputation across cities in Tamil Nadu. We were short on time so when we had the pre-surgical consult with Dr. Ashok and the Chief, Dr. Ramalingam, we were satisfied when they included us in the next day's surgery list. The procedure and expectations from us were explained clearly. Any queries from our side were attended to with clarity. Both Dr. Ramalingam and Dr. Ashok were particularly kind and attentive. On the day of surgery, we met the surgeon, Dr. Arnav Singh (a consulting surgeon and not an in-house surgeon), who was reassuring in his elaboration of the procedure to us. He took due time to clarify queries from our side. The procedure itself was smooth and painless. The staff at the hospital are efficient in support and administrative functions. The hospital premises were neat and clean. All in all, a good experience.

Very nice......from the front office to the Doctors all are sincere and dedicated especially the one who checked my eye power is so sincere even the doctor also very soft spoken with nice approach......but one who in the spec section is not so nice ..... Thank you so much for your noble services

It is a medical miracle if you get details dialing their single given contact number, which leads to an all India centralized set up i guess, and tests your patience until you get fed up and hang up the call.

Neat and clean. Waiting time is less. Well coordinated proceedings. Doctors are kind and polite. Everything explained well. Only drawback is parking. Need sufficient parking space.
