Over crowded, limited seating area, poor OP management. When I was in Nellore I visited Agarwal clinic and could complete my OP in 45 minutes, It was crowded too but there was proper handling and management. This facility is par below the standards of Agarwal's eye clinic. There was no process, no one guides OP patients rather than asking them to wait without even telling how long it takes to get a call in limited seating area. Also if you know someone no matter when you come you would get first chance to visit the doctor. Even after of couple of negative reviews and their responses to improve the system, I can say that there is no improvement and their response was for the sake of response. I hope they meet their objectives and take proper care of the patients. I look forward for improvements in my next visit. And the silver lining is work flow is great and everything is paperless and yes staff was very courteous.

/ Retina Doctor is awesome , she explained clearly and what steps can be taken in nature. / I think atleast soft copy of reports tested need to provide to the patient. / There were many patients waiting and few are standing due to lack of seating capacity.

The dissatisfaction I faced while booking for an appointment online got vanished when I was greatly received by the staff at reception and supporting eye testing personnel. Well behaved and listened patiently my eye problems, ultimately called for a final verdict by the doctor. The lady doctor checked and rechecked after dilating three times within 40 minutes time. Very much satisfied and the entire process went on very quickly.

Dr.Agarwal's hospital i visted for 2 times they are receiving a patient in good way but my experience with doctor was not good she was not at all listening to my words for both times and the way she talking was too rude with patient one more thing is speaking with patient directly in front of other patients not at all maintaining confidentiality . This is not a good thing because every one has their own personal life & patients may have some doubts infront of others how they will speak especially young age people might feel shy.

Checkup and process is Good. But the process from Reception to Room:no-4 Initial common checkup room is very slow. No patients there in Room-4, only Staff waiting for patients details to come from Reception. It took 15-20 min time for getting details from Reception(Typing details in System). All this time we were waiting outside and Staff waiting for details. Which can be taken care.

Recently my father had cataract sergery for right eye. Sergery done by Dr Meghana Koorapati Gaaru. We did not found any complications after sergery. Thank you ma'am. My father sergery done throught insurance that complete process taken by Revathi Ma'am and Ramesh sir. Thanks to both of them. Evrything is maintained very well. Thank you Team.

Hi sir/mam, your services are very good, but i am waiting for cataract surgery for my left eye through Aarogyasri , i am waiting from last 9 months...but till date i am not receiving phone call from your hospital staff
