Excellent hospital.. good doctors and very supporting staff.. Recently done cataract surgery of my dad for the both the eyes.. Best treatment must visit if you r searching the best for your eyes.
I had a great experience at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Marredpally, Secunderabad. I had been there for Eye Checkup and the entire process was seemless and hassle free. Each and every Staff Member of the Hospital was courteous and helpful.
Especially, only on account of the Marketing Skills and Sales acumen of one Mr. Santosh in the Optical Store, I preferred to buy my Glasses at the Hospital Store. His way of expression, convincing calibre are matchless.
One small suggestion:
Instead of calling names of the patients, it is preferable to switch over to digital system where the names or Token nos are displayed, just the way we find in Banks and Passport Office. This would reduce the strain on the staff and would have no disturbance to the waiting patients.
The team is very approachable and supportive. The staff is always taken care of us well. Recently we had two eye surgeries taken place and everytime we had a smooth process . Each and every staff starting from the reception to till Dr place all have been very supportive. They value our time. Thank you.
Very good hospital. I preferred to come this branch hospital only although there is a branch very much nearer to us. This branch is very well supported by good and experiencd doctors and staff. The best part of this hospital is the process of surgery is shown to the attendants. I am sai shyamai visited Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital few times for myself for regular check up.This time i took my parents and consulted Dr. HUSSAIN Sir he is the best and very professional doctor that i have ever met in Eye Hospitals. My Dad underwent Cataract Surgery and Glaucoma for his eye and it was successful and Dr. Hussain Sir needs to take the credit for it. It was really a smooth experience in this hospital and staff is also very very polite especially Staff Ramya was very patient and very humble towards the patients.
