Worst experience . Went for check up for my daughter. Waiting time is too long also there is no enough seat for sitting. Peoples are standing for many hours that cannot be tolerate. At least just inform to People as need to wait for some time then people plan accordingly. Simply get payment and ask them to wait.

Online or phone appointment time not to implemented, Even for new patients , not enough guidance from reception staff. Spectacle section staff excellent approach with patient. But is there any delay service , information is important. Drs. Take time few more minits to discuss explain or advice to patient. In general good. Thank you.

I want to thank the Doctors and staffs at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital. Their co-operation was polite, my father was fearless during his operation. The instructions by staff was very clear and crisp.

Doctor approach is good and straight . And all other staffs are friendly in approach. Visited the hospital for Father's treatment. Waiting time is normal as compare to hospitals like Aravind eye hospital or Nethralya eye hospital (which I visited prior) One experience which I want to share is the 3rd floor Catract work up area, the technician asked us to remove the footwear outside the room, but all the staffs inside wearing the same.Moreover the scanning room is completely dusty. Even patient should not remove chappals outside only for bed she/he can keep it down. The objective for keeping footwear outside is to avoid dust, or any relevant chemical substances inside which should be applicable to all inside the room if it so much as a policy. Very bad experience with the staff in Catract work up. Otherwise all areas are good .

I shoot off with a five star to Dr.Agarwal Eye Hospital. Very pleased and happy to be associated with the said Hospital. The staff in all departments were very cordial and helpful in nature namely councilor Sinduri and councilor Fathima. Also would like to mention about the professionalism and care given by Dr. Shabnam n her team. With a grateful heart I say thankyou.

The treatment is great. Long waiting could be avoided by unnecessary roaming. I was waiting for my refraction test, I was told I was next in line but one staff named asha came and she brought other patient before me. This preferential treatment by the staff should be avoided. I'm a diabetic and if this kind of things keep happening, it's not best for people like me.

Dr Maria Priyanka explained eye issues in detail in a kind and friendly way. Nurse Beula was very polite. Antony in Opticals side was helpful and patient.
