Newly constructed building. Friendly and welcoming ambience. Neat and clean.
Has good and comfortable seating in the lobby and also in consultation floors.
As they recently moved to this building, currently the canteen is on a small scale on the top floor. Hope it will be improved with more dishes and better chairs.
Overall, a well managed hospital in Tirunelveli and had a good customer experience.

Hospital infrastructure is very good and staffs were trying to maintain a standard and systematic procedure. Cons: booking appointment should be followed properly , I booked appointment for 9 o'clock and doctor came only at 10 'o clock . Hospital management should maintain punctual as time is very important for everyone and that makes cost to all. Hope this will be improved.
Overall best hospital to consider for eye checkup and treatment.
