I had come to visit the eye hospital and federal bank. The security in the given photo owing to the text that he sees me regularly coming to the bank was of the idea that I cannot park at the eye hospital parking. He spoke rude, disrespectfully and in rubbish way. Hence decided not to take the service at the hospital. Such security company staff and their bad attitude is a loss to the hospital. Please address. If need be I'm willing to come and speak to the authorities concerned.
I visited Dr. Agarwal for my dad's eye cataract problem, doctor Ravi Chandra and medical co-ordinator Mrs. Hymavati where very supportive throughout the process. It's been 2 weeks my dad has been operated on his one eye and right now he is feeling very well.
I would highly recommend all those who are looking for a good eye treatment, you can walk in with confidence. Thank you team Dr. Agarwal for best of the service.
Customer care registration done as senior citizen and free eye check up but Visakhapatnam branch reception refused for free registration and charged the amount.
Very misleading experience with Mr Agarwal doctor James. He has mentioned that catract operation is an immediate need for my mom but when checked at other hospitals they have mentioned there was no urgent need for a cataract operation. Same thing happened to me few years back... they checked my retina and said it is very weak.. when i got tested in other place.. they did not mention anything like that. Please avoid this place. It is a SCAM!!
They DO NOT give the Medical Observation for which the Patient is treated for Out Patient.
This is the Basic thing which they don't follow.
You will get pharmacy bill and consultation bill when you ask for.
Went for check up for an eye problem. The hospital is open till 7 pm which is very convenient for employees like me. Staff were very professional and helpful.

He thinks that he was came from Mars like that. When I ask a question, he replied sarcastically.. I was like quiet and came back. Not a friendly doctor. Not recommended to meet him.
I had consultation with Dr.James .he patiently listened all my queries and replied very promptly
The checking process is really slow ..though dilution drops takes time ,process before that took 1 hour which can be done in 10 mins and it's not even a busy day . Please improve this . I was giving this rating because of the doctor
