Went here for a general eye checkup with Dr. P. Gopi Krishna garu, had a great experience with with the consultation and checkup. However few staff member's were kind of negligent (very few 2-3 ) most of the other staff members were very responsible and their care taking towards patients is very good. One thing is that, you have to double confirm with staff regarding your appointment timings, as there could be very long waiting time due to many patients. Over all it was very great experience.
Pros... 1. Nice courteous staff. 2. Good ambiance Cons... 1. No receipt for OP consultation fee 2. No examination records 3. Closed circle with own optical and pharmacy If I pay for OP consultation I should get receipt and examination report. To buy spectacles from you or from some other source is none of their issue. 4. Though lift is available, in order to reach one should take steps, for old age people it is some what issue, during evening there was not enough light on steps. Been to other eye hospitals, they give receipt and examination records.
I had visited Tirupati Dr.Agarwal Eye hospital for the headache and eye pain. Dr. D.Devi Bharathi madam handled the case and provided clear details and prescribed eye drops and new spectacles. It was a nice experience and recommend to everyone.

Ambience was good. But please spend time with your patients. I noticed that everyone are very busy and send the patient from one room to another so quickly without satisfying their needs. 1. Considering the conjunctivitis, Covid etc, I expected basic sanitisation of the intra ocular pressure test and slit lamp test equipment where we rest our chin and forehead for the pressure test. After every use please sanitise that area. I personally sanitised the machine before I rested my face on it. 2. Optometrist should spend more time to find correct eyesight power, optometrist Dint even adjust with other lenses and ask my feedback which was better. Though I insisted that it's not very clear but manageable to read from the number display screen. At the end he gave me wrong eye sight prescription for one eye. Please be professional and follow hygiene practices and diagnosis the eye sight power patiently by taking several attempts to finalise the right eye power.
Reasonable rates of the op and treatment medicine, Hospital is very clean and maintenance, very nice treatment of doctors. Good prescription.
