From the moment I entered, the staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the wait time was minimal. Once called in, the doctor thoroughly explained each step of the examination, ensuring I understood the purpose behind every test performed.
I highly recommend this hospital because of the highly skilled doctors and their service. It was very satisfactory to get checked by Dr Chandra Shekhar, he was very grounded and patient during the consultation. He is very genuine with his service and pays keen attention to the problem and gives guidance as needed for the patient. This hospital was not money minded like many that I observed in Mysore. I recommend this hospital for receiving satisfied service from them. I generally don't give any reviews but this time just by the way I received the best service felt it can help many others to find a good place to get their issues solved here. Thank you
Wonderful experience, caring staff, nice atmosphere, thanks to our CGHS for choosing Dr Agarwals Eye hospital. But one objection. Staff are not controlling mobile speaking people, it will disturb the patients who are sitting with closed eyes. This you must taken care off.
