Very good service. Recently my father got cataract surgery it was awesome hospitality and easily accessible facility. Everyone was easily approachable. All the staffs and Lakshmi mam who done the surgery was so humble and patience. Well equipped and organised hospital. Thank you all for the service.

Insurance claim is hasle free,they take care of all documentation. Dr Mohana Priya is very good in listening to the patient, and gives clear advise. Car Parking facility is good. Absolutely filthy service they are running behind money and admin people and the manager for the insurance is not aware about the complete process they said one amount initially and if it's claim amt is high. after initial payment approval they are not ready to proceed with the operation until they get the entire amount to be paid though it is a cashless insurance the forcing for money to be paid by cash not ok for insurance. Senior citizen parents are made to wait for hours together. Mental trauma we undergo is immense don't go to Agarwal. They don't giv transparent Billa also

I came for my Mom's cataract surgery. The Doctors as well as the staff and the eye technicians are amazing. Very polite and extremely helpful. Will highly recommend this clinic for all my families eye care. Thank you all.
