It's a best hospital in Thanjavur! Its a good hospital for kids' eye check up as well. The doctors and staffs were friendly and properly explained everything to the patients. They charge Rs250 for consultation. I booked an appointment via phone call. But after reaching the hospital they did not accept my appointment stating that I never made an appointment with them. Even though I showed them the message I received regarding the appointment and the call log history, they did not accept it and made me wait for more than 45 minutes to check up with the Doctor. Kindly improve the appointment system!
My mother Mrs.Vasantha got operated for both eyes in July by Dr.Sivavignesh. Good care by staffs. Very happy with doctor. Everyone recommended him. My family members got opereated with him. But couldn't see him last week since he left recently. Will miss his service. Thank you.
They are only money minded people. Don't waste your money here. They will always suggest for surgery even if it's not required. My father right eye operated and left eye is good but they are convincing/forcing for left eye surgery as well. Somehow trapped. Money and time waste.
Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital is a very patient - friendly institution. The staff are very nice serving with a smile. They are well qualified and whatever the Hospital and the staff does is systematic. All the patients and those who accompany them enjoy comfortable seats and the waiting hall is air condtioned and well ventilated. I was in search pf a good eye hospital in Thanjavur.
