Dr Abhay Sahoo Clinic - Hospital in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Doctor can be qualified enough but if the doctor cannot guide the patient well then i think it is useless to visit such doctor any further. I booked an appointment with DR. ABHAY KUMAR SAHOO endocrinologist paid Rs 1000 at the apollo hospital but the consultation time and experience was same as that of a govt hospital or a private clinic. First the doctor was very rude, had no sense of what to say or how to talk. All he did was to criticize my condition with zero resolution of what to do further. I was called inside his cabin with already 4 to 5 pateints inside waiting. I had to disclose my personal information infront of all these people which i felt very uncomfortable to do. Then the doctor criticized my condition infront of all those people and did not guide me about what kind of medication he is giving me. I had no idea about the use of medication provided and how is it going to help me with my condition. I have many more issues with the doctor but i dont know if this is the right place to talk about him. I just read about other people's reviews about him and everyone has the same isse. His medicines are not available any where not even online and also costlier compared to other same drug. This doctor is useless and i say this bcoz i have visited other very good doctors before him and i regret visiting him. Their are doctors other than him very qualified and experienced with manners!

Doctor would explain in very clam manner, but his treatment is below average. And he prescribes some very low quality medicine knowingly. We visited 4 times, got hardly any improvements after following his food & medicine guidelines, then switched to another doc. Visiting the clinic again would be my last option.

I have been there thrice. My aunt had developed a sugar problem and he almost convinced us to take insulin. The sugar level was below 250 after food. After consulting another doctor, we started Medicines. His treatment is not very good and he focuses on business rather than serving the patient.

1- No doctor except Mr.Abhay sahoo takes fees each time you visit based upon recent report. When doctor prescribe the medicines and ask to report back within a period of one month, who charges again for the next visit. 2 - Prescribed medicines are only available in his clinic store. Nowhere else is available. What if someone visiting from a far distance. It's all business 3 - Mr.Abhay sahoo charges separately from his patients but makes sure to advice all patients together at a time. I suppose every individual human body differs and functions from person to person

Very rude staff and doctor. Doctor treats his patients like his students. He won't give you time and won't take any responsibilities to treat you. Please never ever go there. You will get better by treating yourself at home rather than going here and coming back with a lot of stress and humiliation. Doctor literally insults the patients. He lacks basic human etiquette.

Best doctor of it's category in city. Good person with goodwill of perfect diagnosis on endocrinology issues. Shoes outside the clinic shows the patients foot fall...

The overal experience is not pleasant. I was visiting him since last 6 or 7 years , at first the medicines worked really well. But doctor abd all staffs are rude and arogant . when there was a problem with the patients condition they refuse to solve the problems or even listen to those they just order you to do what they think is righ . My mother suffered through a lot this year and i am not visiting again also recomending you all not to.

Dr abhay sahoo really very nice dr in bhubaneswar specifically for diabetis...you can easily spot his clinic on road....commonly people say that the number not working for appointment but you should call for appointment only at morning on that number otherwise it is unreachable.
