One of the worst doctors I have come across in my life. There may be people who worship him but for me, he ruined my mom's life. My mom was suffering from knee issues since very long and then in 2013, I took her to Mr. Prasad ( I refrain from calling him a doctor). He advised TKR of both the knees. This was the year 2013 and he had a brand name in Kanpur. A brand that he built at the cost of his patients I believe. We went ahead and got the procedure done. My mom started experiencing pain in right knee somewhere in 2015 and got it checked with Mr Prasad... He would give vitamins and calcium that's it. In May 2016 my mom felt excruciating pain in right knee and leg and and he said the implant is infected. He did superficial cleaning and pus kept oozing. In August he went ahead with revision surgery in two phases. He put in a very expensive implant this time saying this won't get infected. My mom suffered for more than 4 months. No CRP test follow up was done, no repeat tst to check for infection and basically poor post operative service. After that at many occasions my mom contained of soreness and pain in that area but he did not take it seriously. My mom suffered a fracture in same leg in 2021. In October 2022, my mom was here with me in Noida when she complained of the same pain in the same knee joint . She was in such a bad condition that we had to rush her in emergency and she had to be operated for sepsis in advance stage. She was bed ridden for one month and during this phase I tried reaching out to Me Prasad and asked him about the treatment plan he kept on saying clean the implant. After that his team stopped replying to my call saying do whatever your doctor in Noida says. I was living my worst fear- thought of losing my mom. Then I got in touch with Dr Atul Mishra of Fortis and he came like a saviour. He diagnosed that the actual problem is in the bone .....she is suffering from osteomyelitis and it's been years. Any impalnt would not survive in such a condition. Today my mom has undergone Arthrodesis. This is done to save her life. Her life is ruined...she will never be able to bend her knee...will not have a normal life now and will live with this trauma. But she is a fighter....she always was. I know she will fight back and I will be by her side but what has been taken away from her because of Mr Prasad cannot be compensated. Want to save your life? Never visit this place!!! They charge 1500 for 1 visit where doctor doesn't even talk for 5 minutes and just writes medicines. Such doctors bring a bad name to the medical community.

Fee is high and dont care for patient, either really your problem sorted out or not, I had ankle injury and now it's been 1 yr still I have pain and swelling, when I visited another doctor they said alignement is not proper, and this case should be handle carefully after doing ct scan. But dr prasd never see patient frm closely he will sit 30-40ft.and really not interested to listen patient problem.

Very arrogant doctor. Take fees around 1500 rupees. Doesn't even take a look at actual problem of patients. Always prescribes medicines which are only available in few medical stores (which gives comission to him). Totally money minded doctor doesn't care about patient problem. PLEASE AVOID.

Dr Prasad is famous for his excellent experience.. but the kind of difficulty we came across to deal with his supporting staff it is tough. Lady named Ratna she is tough to handle she is rude and not helping at all. Dr itself is not bad but the point is if staff is not allowing us to reach out to him with our actual problems like current condition after surgery claim support documentation these things are very crucial for patients family and on these things support staff is not helping at all. So its better please clear these things prior because later on this will be problem for you. It is good that Dr is good in his work but these things cannot be ignored. SUPPORT STAFF IS NOT POLITE AT ALL.
